OpenGov Services LLC ("GlobePassHub") is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Application not yet submitted to government authorities
- Duplicate payment
- Technical error resulting in incorrect charges
3. NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Government fees once the application has been submitted
- Service fees for applications that have been processed and submitted
- Applications denied due to inaccurate information provided by the applicant
4. REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund:
- Contact us at info@globepasshub.com within 24 hours of payment
- Include your application reference number
- Provide the reason for your refund request
5. PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
