1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the services of OpenGov Services LLC ("GlobePassHub"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
GlobePassHub provides assistance with the preparation and submission of electronic travel authorization (eTA) applications. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with any government agency.
3. SERVICE FEES
Our fees include:
- Professional service fee for application assistance
- Government fees (passed through at cost)
All fees are clearly displayed before payment and are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Review all information before submission
- Respond promptly to requests for additional information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. DISCLAIMER
We do not guarantee approval of any application. Approval decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities. We are not responsible for delays or denials beyond our control.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobePassHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
